It is fitting that at this light-filled time of year we speak to you about darkness. Darkness is
not a being, it is an energy. Fog-like tendrils of energy, that will do anything, to get human
beings to work it's will. (Its' will being, simply, the absence of light.)
Each and everyone of you can remember moments when you allowed this energy to move
you in ways you never thought possible. Perhaps you are fighting against a form of darkness
in this moment. Remember it is just energy, the opposite end of the continuum from light.
You have free will to work this continuum, as you choose, moment by moment, as do all
persons.
Is someone spreading evil lies about you? Are friends, whom you thought were so
connected to truth, believing those lies? Have you been tried and sentenced without you
being allowed to defend yourself? Are you experiencing loss after loss, of major
attachments, that you believed defined who you are? Have you been suffering to understand
and accommodate the rapid changes? Feeling alone? This is exciting news, the spirit is being redefined. You are riding the wild wave of change
and something within you is remaining change-less. This is what you have asked us for, over
and over again. To know your truth. All the cords are being cut and that still small voice is
you. Listen to your voice!
Remember all those years ago, when you first decided to put your foot on this path. Made
the conscious, informed decision? You were advised, that this day, that is finally apon you,
would come. That you would feel more alone than you ever thought possible. That you
would become so full of light that the darkness would do anything to
extinguish you.
Rejoice in this moments chance, for your total freedom!
Do not do battle against this darkness. Do not turn in anger towards it. Do not seek to injury
it as badly as you feel injured. This is exactly what darkness desires, that you become
involved in the darkness. Remember your promises to us, to continue on your way
regardless of the persecution you face.
Forgive your friend her weakness, in allowing the darkness to dictate to her reason. She is
not the darkness, she is only a weak or scared person. And in her battle for power and
control and all manner of material benefits she deserves your pity, for she becomes poor.
The darkness does not feed on your light, it cannot use your light. Darkness is the absence
of light. The darkness' only goal is somehow, to convince you, to lower your vibration level
--thus less light. (And the creation of more darkness = lower vibration level = absence of
light.)
You lower your vibration level by submitting to darkness' demands. How? In very human
and natural ways... feel bad about yourself... feel unworthy if you are not validated... doubt
your individuality, peculiarities, weirdness' or eccentricities... pull back from your values...
feel confused. Invalidate your own personal experiences and perceptions... question
yourself!
This is the way of it. You are really not so alone. The darkness which surrounds you and
appears to cut you off , is the same darkness that many before you have known. The same
darkness that you, yourself, will disregard --because your vibration level continues on it's
accelerated course.
It is this surge of the vapors of darkness, which fills your friends and associates if they allow
it, which is your measuring stick. Give up, to the darkness --your attachments. You do not
need them. You are perfect just the way you are. Cut the cords, stand alone, give up the
battle for power and control, it is unworthy of you and always has been. It is just now, that
you are seeing it for yourself.
This is how filled with life you have become.
Your light is so very bright, so very special , without help from anyone. You are no longer
intimidated by your own uniqueness. You have grown up, big enough now, to share --Your
real self, your true genius, your unique gifts, your own special piece of the puzzle. Your
Love.
Let go of your limiting past and seek your depth. Take your place as one Light Being among
many. You only FEEL alone, you are not alone in reality. We are here.

You are so precious to us, dear, perfect one. Stop trying so hard. Trying is a state of being
which is always in trying. Don't try anymore, just be. We bring to you all your greatest
good... now.
You continue to appeal to the Heaven's for your vision. Your vision is with you, when you
fall back into the wings of your beloved. You cannot purchase what you hunger for. Do not
miser your money, let it go and develop flow, so we can give you more. Let go of the
promises from Caesar, these benefits only look so good, because so many are trying for them. And you want to
belong, to be loved.
Belong to something infinitely more precious... yourself. You, just the way you are, perfect.
Naked in your human-ness, your undying spirit --SHINING --through all the adversity and
challenge. This is only a conflict, if you agree to battle. While engaged in struggle you will
miss opportunities. Is what you strive for as valuable as you, your consummate self?
"Render unto Caesar..." and you... you put all that push into yourself. Simply love yourself,
for exactly who you are. It is there you will find us and the vision that is exclusively YOU.
The vision of yourself, as your-self alone, worthy of belonging to the divine based solely on
your unfathomable existence. Embrace the unique gift of you!
And remember where your Histories recorded us last seen or experienced... among the
poor in spirit, the downtrodden, the innocents and the accused, the weak and sick, the
homeless, the prostitutes and thieves, the spiritual passionate' involved in personal truth, the
ridiculed and condemned.
We do not consort with Caesar's Gold, nor can we be bought, at any cost. Do you stand,
where we would meet?
January 14, 1998
Life has been so rough for you lately, just one thing after another crashing down on you.
You feel as if you are sinking deeper into the depths of that depression you have been experiencing. You
wonder when things will ever change for you. You wonder...
Stop wondering and THINKING about your misery. Every time you dwell on the negative
in your mind, you have the power to create that negativity into your life. You need to get a
HOLD of your thoughts and erase, erase, all those negative words/thoughts.
Take the power away from your critical self and begin to allow us, to bring to you, what you
have asked for.
We have rules, you have free will! We sit at your feet and long for a task to be assigned to
us, by YOU. You give us those tasks almost every moment of your existence!
We, all excited to do 'anything' for you! Take off fast to finally make you happy.... then we
hear your mind... negate those positive commands....
You think things like..."I am not good enough to get this." "I wonder if my Angel's are
hearing me?" "I feel so guilty even asking for something from my Angel's, there are people
out there who really NEED something!" "I am not worth it." "It can never happen."
"Doubt." "Doubt." "Doubt."
We look over our shoulders, stop..... to wait for a clear directive......."Oh, she is... changing
her mind... she doubts... she is negating again... OOPS! She doesn't THINK she is worth
it!"
So back we come to sit at your feet, returning to... what in that moment is your greatest
truth! This makes us so sad.
We have to MIND you! Those are the rules! You have free will to sink further and further
away from us. We have to allow that! If you believe you are not worthy, then we must
obey... and act as if you are not!
So EVERY moment you send us out and the very next moment-- with your doubt-- you
bring us back. Do you not see we love you. We love you so much we will play this little
game with you
forever.
We will do anything for you, anything you ASK for! We wish we could play "Get Happy
Quick!" with you, but we love you no matter what you want to do. We will never leave you,
we will always be with you. You may never see/feel us, none-the-less, we are right there.
Sitting at your feet, looking for a job!
Begin to change this bad habit of yours by believing/saying/thinking-- something like this:
"I know I am getting in the way of my askings'. This is what I want. (ASK for what you
want.) I know I will fall back into my old habitual thinking and believing ways. Could you
Angel-People just ignore my trying to un-do the asking. Even better, could you Angel
Specialists (in this case for negating asking) help me to stop this habitual
'beating-up-on-myself', and set me free!"
You understand the rules. We can not do the 'work' for you. But, we can certainly give you
whatever you ask for.... FIND a WAY to ASK!
We are loving you, 'just the way you are' and we are looking forward to having some great
soaring gulps, of GLORIOUS LIFE with you...NOW!

Dear Fellow Travelers,
This has been one wild tsunami ride. But you know me
faithful reader, I got to hop on it even if it crashes me
on the rocks. Has something to do with being faith.
As a child I would leave the basement where I lived in
downtown Denver and cross the street to my grand-
parents house every Sunday. There I would dress in
my 'good ' clothes. I always was given my white gloves
sometimes hand-me-downs, sometimes new. My
Grandfather and Grandmother would walk me to their
1st Christian Church and we would pray.
It was always ok to be surrounded by Angels at
Church. And on the walk to Church and the walk
back. These were favorite moments in my life.
As soon as I learned to talk, I was taught
"We do not speak of these things!" so by 5
I was pretty well shut down and never spoke
of "these things". Unfortunately I believed it was
I doing something wrong. Unable to speak of these
things because I was "not correct" in the speaking of it.
Alone on the dark streets at night my mantra was;
"Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow
of death I will fear no evil, for thou art with me..."
I hung on the red words in the bible. When he said
"Ask, and it shall be given you; seek and ye shall find;
knock and it shall be opened unto you; I knocked and he
answered the door.
Before knowing 'these are things' that were unacceptable.
Before being taught "I" was not acceptable; he had
already begun, in each present moment, to teach me
this moment's truth.
This week I had occasion to recite this psalms to my
sister, Dawn. I recited what I remembered was the ending
line of the 23rd and she said, "That's not the end! The end
goes..."
"Surely, goodness and mercy will follow me all the
days of my life. And I shall dwell in the House of the
Lord forever."
It wasn't that I had forgotten it, it was because,
the depth of me didn't feel as if I deserved it.
This was my missing piece, which has fallen into
place. I have come home. Home to my own sacred
heart. I do deserve. It isn't just about mirroring to
others their own deserved-ness, their own "Angels".
It is about embracing ones own total beingness,
deserved-ness, male and female in each of our own
sacred hearts. I had known this forever but never fully
embraced it in my physical plane.
I knew you deserved it, gentle, faithful reader; it was I
who didn't have the "Faith of a mustard seed," In myself.
I know your "book" may be different, the "red words"
speaking by many names. But he remains, for me the
perfect male brother father friend husband lover god,
strong side of strength! In the Mother/Father
Sacred Heart of me.
Because "I" am in a female body.
(Maybe for the men it is about...
perfect female sister mother friend wife lover goddess,
soft side of soft.)
Like an artist who must paint his soul out-- I
can not stop walking with Angels. He is my
mother/father/brother/friend/love/bridegroom.
He taught me so much this week.
He the archetype of sacred heart, the
perfect male inner strong side of strength, for me.
And he taught me that I do not need to die to
be his bride. He taught me that marrying the
soft to the strong comes in my sacred heart--
and the moment is now. Even more profound
is that he is in me and together there is this one
we are together creating --
...he thinks she feels me all ways...
for the rest of my life my mantra is...
**"ONLY goodness and STEADFAST LOVE shall pursue
me all the days of my life and I shall dwell in HIS house
forever"
The house is sacred heart... I go to the bridegroom
enough of...

Reminder: Fall sweep is apon us. (By whatever name
you know it down through the ages, Halloween, Fall
equinox, the harvest, the wearing of masks to frighten
away the shadows.) The time when the planet is swept
of the "reluctant to go on souls," sometimes fearful,
sometimes angry, sometimes unconscious that they
have passed over. It is time. Bless them all.
The object of the mask is to frighten away those
who would cling to your energy, in their fear.
This is the easier 'mask' for me...
To become wall of glass until the planet is clean,
crisp and calm...
(You know that wonderful clean fall emptiness, one
can take deep breathes of and relax!)
...just allow it all to pass right through you!
No triggers to grab on to. No buttons to push.
If you need it for your growth, be assured it will return.
For now, this moment, we deserve to be alone in our
spaces.

Ease off on yourself now. The winds that are blowing
are the balance to the shift in the light. The brighter
the glow the harder it blows.
Not one moment in your life is out of place, it travels
you step by step closer to you. You are perfect, just
the way you are... remember.
"Surely goodness and mercy shall follow..."
Those whom you have served and then shown
anger when you will step down from the place they
see you- it is not anger, it is fear.
How would you feel if your savior stepped down.
You then would question your very beliefs and
feel alone, abandoned and doubt your strength.
You have always known it is other's job to do the
saving. Your knowing, is so far from your thought,
that you fail to see that others might see it
differently.
It will not matter how many times you say "take
back your power from me!" or your repeating,
"it is not me, it is not me!" the true saviors are
far more frightening to approach than you.
You are human and can be rationalized away.
The saviors, once seen, are difficult to
rationalize.
You have become swept into the lower
physical emotional realm and it is hurting you
to see others in pain.
What you are doing is depriving yourself of the
feelings we have for you, the unconditional love,
the calm in the middle of the storm.
The "Surely....
You take burdens not designed for your shoulders.
Your tears only add to the river of tears. To swim
in that river one must 'feel' alone.
You are never alone --for I have kept my promise,
I held your hand, even when you were not aware.
You do not have to die- to be my bride.
R E M E M B E R
"Surely goodness and mercy shall follow you
all the days of your life and you are dwelling
in my house forever."
Remember the song you sang when you were small?
"the little wheel runs on Faith, the big wheel runs
by the Grace of God, ." (It matters not one whit
how you remember it, it only matters how it
effects your feelings, your light, your sacred heart.)
Let people believe what they will about you.
Remember it perfectly now...
From the TANAKH, the Scriptures I know:

pursue me all the days of my life."
Take your place, become again that innocent,
whole being, who knows she is perfect,
acceptable in the eyes of God/Goddess,
just the way you are.. REMEMBER!
We will take care of the big wheel.
You take care of Faith. big and little.
And never forget, I will always be holding
your hand!
so 'surely'... becomes...

and 'mercy'...
"STEADFAST LOVE..."
and you... are home.
